best bet in Orange County
Pro shop back open, full park facilities, beautiful park, Nice lake (barely comes into play), nice elevation changes, if you get bored, you've got another 18 out back. Good cement tees on the front 18. Good mix of distance and accuracy shots.

Too wet for AM play
concrete tee pads, the legacy of being a great course when we were throwing 141's and 165'2. Shady, easy to follow, good parking. Closest course from DC and fairly easy to find.
Both times I've played early AM- much too much dew and wet grass. My towel got soaked in no...

pleasantly suprised
Fairly uncrowded- played on Saturday midday with only a few ball golfers on the course and no trouble sharing tee pads. Water truly comes into play. Course condition not bad for middle of summer. Good use of trees to mix up approach shots.$8 well worth it. Course map is...

Which is better- they're both great
A tamer and even more beautifully maintained course than the monster. Better for beginners. This course has it all! Great variety.
Hard to think of any. A couple of repetitious holes. Got caught behind slow playing beginner groups, but eventually played...

best course i've played
This course has it all. Good maps, signs, variety, well planned, well maintained, and good fellow golfers.
It's not in Texas.
Bring a couple of extra favorite discs. I almost lost a couple on the longer holes. This course will make you use every disc in your bag.

Not a 4
Water is always a welcome challenge. Adjacent store to buy plastic. Cement tee pads (too bad they were all wet from sprinklers)
Too few trees to force technical shots. Wet and muddy in the summer early morning from sprinkers. Dog walkers and joggers on the trail need to be avoided...

great front nine
I give the front nine a 4 and the back a 2.5. I thought the wash was usually dry. I was happy to have the challenge and risk of throwing technically tight shots along the stream. Very memorable
Back nine was a little lackluster, but still more interesting than the park&lake...

friendly folks, fun course
Good variety of shots and distances. Pretty park with friendly other disc golfers. Good use of trees, parking lots, small hills as obstacles.
Without the links above to describe each hole, it would be a challenge to find all the tee boxes. I hear it gets muddy, but...

worth a try if in the area
Mostly good signs with very helpful next tee arrows. Plays fast and hard to lose a disc. Lots of opportunities to make your own variation. Signs are pretty accurate (one or two are missing and one hole was a lot longer than listed)- but you can pretty much look at...
