A latitude diamond is by far the easiest disc for me to flip , they come in light weights and that makes them very easy to overspeed. But try to learn overhand also it will finish left for you.
56 here I like my driver 155-160 ish really enjoy the jade or for a tailwind a diamond ,also have a 158 axiom insanity that I love. a 150 class t-bird and 150 class valakrie. I have had bad shoulders and the lighter disc work well for me . Just carry one heaver disc for big wind shots
go out to a local course, there is always someone who will let you play a round with them. I am sure they will lend you a disc to use, as well a s some advise.

the latitude diamond is advertised as a easy to throw disc. And it is available in light weights. Can be thrown with very little effort. Highly recommend read up on it, they will love it. Maybe 135 -140 wt
I have a backbone found it years back. It says its a midrange, I like it alright , but does have a strange bead. I don't use it anymore, kind of want to keep it because its different.
