- Balance of long and short holes (most are Par 4)

- Tee pads are rubber mats that have holes in them. The problem is grasses growing through them.
- Long grass provides problems if fairways are missed.

Have a Champ Teebird
I have a Champ Teebird that i do not want. It is factory second stamp, clear with silver stamp. I'd say its 9/10 pretty durable but has hit a few trees.
