- good practice for advanced/intermediate players. Good confidence booster for beginners/intermediate players
-pretty, town park setting. Open fields for practicing drives. Playground, walking paths, skate park etc...

-Great design given the land they had to work with
- Great level of difficulty. I am usually a par player and have yet to break +4 on this course. Not too say its too tough but great inspiration to improve and learn the course
- Great mix of distance, left/right turning holes, and elevation...
