Review by Illinois-sidearm in course Lincoln Park - South

3.00 star(s) Needs Signage Brilliant layout. Great mix of short and long, straight and dog leg holes. Shady for hot sunny days. With the tricky lay out on some holes, the course desperately needs signage throughout. Would have been much more enjoyable.

4.00 star(s) Gorgeous Course Beautiful course. Decently challenging. Not too hilly. Easy to navigate. Good amount of shade on hot days. One long hole with huge water obstacle. You will lose a disc if you don't drop short. My favorite on the area.

Review by Illinois-sidearm in course Fredericksburg Middle School

1.50 star(s) Could be better Baskets are nice and the grounds of the school/playground are fairly well kept. Decent place to introduce the sport to someone and toss a round with a loved one for recreation. A better-than-nothing place to keep your mid-range game sharp while visiting historical Fredericksburg...

Review by Illinois-sidearm in course DeBusk Park

3.00 star(s) Worth a try Well maintained park/course. Offers decent variety of hole distance with hardly any trees. Seems to play more favorable for right-handed backhanders. The course mostly meanders along a giant canyon of a creek in the middle of the park which was busy with players retreiving their...

Review by Illinois-sidearm in course Crossroads of Life DGC

3.50 star(s) Great variety Offers a variety of hole types. Some woodsy holes with water and a few wide open long ones... all combining to test your total skill level. Starts off with a few "over the river and through the woods" holes which if not played smartly, can get you off to a not-so-great round. This...

Review by Illinois-sidearm in course Angelo State University DGC - Old Layout

3.50 star(s) Do you need mid-range practice? Extremely well maintained and doesn't drain you physically. Mostly short pitch and putt type course with a couple longer holes. Serves as a great place for beginners and a excellent place to introduce the sport to someone. You will likely be happy with your score...

Review by Illinois-sidearm in course BB Owen Park

3.50 star(s) Well worth playing Interesting variety of long and short holes. Well maintained and cleaner than most. Challenging enough for advanced players, yet playable enough for beginners. Located within some quite busy roads. Although it is well maintained and overall clean, it's just not the most...
