Try a firmer grip, aiming a little higher, putting your back leg further back, & a good hip thrust with a good high leg kick behind you. That a lot to get timed up but it should give you more distance outside the circle.

Try to make your rip point at about 11 o'clock. So ur lead shoulder is point at the target line is 12 o'clock. Make have the disc rip out of your hand at 11 o'clock ish.
