I like to practice good deeds also . I have returned roughly a dozen discs over the last couple summers on our home course to local players or by calling the number on the disc. Made a few new friends in the process and also got a few of mine back in return that were lost in rough, water ...
Would be alot more interesting for sure . Its actually pretty fun playing with just mids and putters and an occasional fairway driver or two. Id rather be more accurate and have a good short game instead of bombing long drives all the time and either go ob or end up with a 30-40 foot putt into a...
They are terrible here in Minnesota , you can soak yourself with bug spray after every hole and they still find a way to get you . I agree with the above comment with our high temps in the 90's and the humidity mixed in with little wind , it has made for some crappy bug filled rounds of golf.
Had a great casual round at todd park tonight. We got in 18 holes and played till almost 930 pm . My buddy got his first ace on hole 15 . It was great. Park has recently been mowed a little more .
Find a few once in awile. Found about 5 or 6 last year with a name and number on them and returned all of them to the owners, even got a reward for one. Just trying to practice good karma I guess.
I throw a few practice putts before I start maybe between 15- 30 putts from different marks , a few light stretches and im good to go. Works for me pretty well . Have fun
You guys are getting lazy. I use a sharp pencil and a paper scorecard. The last thing I want to worry about is a phone dying in the middle of a round keeping my score.
Love my judge. I guess I dont worry about how the dome is or what not . As long is it doesnt flip over super bad I dont worry about it . It was super straight right out of the box.
I started off with a dx beast , it has good grip and goes pretty far without having to have a super huge arm behind it . It was a good overstable wind disc and would hold a good line when it was fairly new. Tee-birds are easy to throw as well , as long as your form and posture is there you will...
You guys dont need this crap , learn how to grip a disc correctly or dont do it at all . Buy a birdie bag if you need some extra grip . Your wasting time and money with this . If its to slippery of a disc or it doesnt feel good to you , try something else.
