I have a couple ESP Comets (one domey and one flat) that I really like for the shot you're describing. I also have an X Comet that I don't bag because it's a little less stable and can be touchy for me.

I've spent some time this week working on the one-leg drill. I think I can feel the difference when I shift into the front hip correctly, but it's still inconsistent, and it's jacked up the rest of my throw. Anyway, does this look better in terms of the shift? Thanks!

Thanks for your feedback SW22! I re-watched the videos you mentioned this morning. I practiced trying to shift from behind, and focused on driving my weight into my front heel. It seemed to help me finish more in balance.

For your first one, you could try a design where your first color is black, then you can dye a second color right over it. Or try painting on your dye after the first one or two colors. That's actually how I've done most of my multi-color dyes.
I throw about as far as you and use similar discs. I use a Champ Banshee in that slot. For me, the Teebird and Thunderbird are going to be too straight, and potentially turn more than I expect into a headwind (especially the Teebird). I haven't thrown Firebirds much, but I felt like they went...
