Fort Massac DGC is a very beautiful and challenging course. A good mix of par 3's and 4's. I think it was played out perfectly and will improve with age. One of my personal favorite places to play.

I use the handwarmers all the time, just open them up and stick in my jacket or hoodie pockets. I also have a hand warmer that fits around the waist(like quarterbacks use) and will put a hot hands in that
The putter advice is a great way to learn. I've only been playing for 6 months and practice different lines in the yard. I practice with wizards and rhynos
like everyone else has said you can't go wrong with a leopard, I would go with one in the champ plastic, also look into getting a star lite valkyrie and a champ valk(160's)

Very nice course, bring all the shots you know, some of the holes really makes a player think about their shot. Lots of left to right holes, also several holes with birdie opportunities. Plenty of parking with a well used practice basket. Tees are long and trippy and signs at the pad...

Really nice park with walking paths exercise equipment, playground and pavilions. Disc course provides a nice mix of wooded and open holes, with nice tee pads and baskets
