    Lost discs!

Different angles is “definitely” the key when all else fails! I found my buddies disc this afternoon after we both decided it was lost and I started walking away and accidentally spotted it. My friend was happy!

    Cold weather gloves ?

Good point, when throwing a disc, it’s in your hand for seconds so why not have regular warm that will keep your hands warm the entire time Your playing!

    Cold weather gloves ?

Guess for those who play in colder climates gloves are used and if so, is it necessary to buy specific disc glove gloves? What brand/supplier would be recommended?

    Best color for the woods?

Very true but the wooded courses when the leaves start falling with cool days are perfect times to play, IMO. Played in these conditions yesterday and I only used light blue discs except for the one time on a long putt when I used an orange disc (as mentioned above) and it took forever to find...

    Best color for the woods?

Today I did a long putt with an orange disc (lots of leaves on the ground) and I figured since it was very close to the basket, I’d spot it easily. LOL, I had to comb the area for quite a while to find it. Won’t do that again, regardless how short the putt🤓

    Best color for the woods?

Yes, ironically white does show up very well in the woods as I have one that came along with my Dynamic disc starter set. Im going to order another MVP disc, Crave and it’s available in pink!

    Best color for the woods?

Man, I love deep purple and blues but guess with a variety of discs, we could choose based on the season/time of year!

    Best color for the woods?

Live in an area with 4 seasons and the local courses are combinations of wooded sections, grass and fields. Lost discs seem very frequent here and wondering what color, if any, would be best? Seems the earth colors, browns, yellows, greens would not be a good choice with the vegetation and...

    Found this disc today

In small letters, there is a TM on the front of the disc and no markings at all on the inside rim other than the name Graham, so if that’s your first name and you’ve played in Roanoke Virginia before, then it’s possibly your disc😎

    Found this disc today

It looks pretty heat but wondering why there are no numbers or model name on it? The front just displays Prodigy First Run while the back has made in the USA engraved, any thoughts?

    Lower back problems!

I have a small disc bag (Grip G2) and only carry about 6 discs, however the Rogue Iron retriever is probably heavier than the bag & discs, so it seems. I did find what appears to be a good video which illustrates a pre-disc golf stretching routine that should help to avoid aches and pains.

    Lower back problems!

Wondering if throwing a disk even with proper form has an adverse effect on the lower back? I‘ve certainly have had my issues with lower back pain over the years from abuse and lifting but have learned how to prevent them causing pain for the most part, especially when at the gym and lifting...

    Newbie disc weight question!

Definitely helpful and interesting and wish I realized how weight would impact my throws prior to purchasing at least a dozen discs. Since weigh does make a difference for those of us who cannot throw with the preferred speed, it might be best to throw a lighter disk when driving and the heavier...

    Newbie disc weight question!

I was looking at various discs and was told that a DX Leopard is a great one for a beginner to use and after researching the Leopard line, I did find a 6 speed with a very low weight of 135g. would that be a worthwhile addition to my humble collection?

    Newbie disc weight question!

Definitely my situation for the most part, a gradual climb then a hard ”left” finish❗️
