Very open, and well maintained course. Mowed regularly, multiple tees(hard to find your first time). Great course for beginners.
Some pins are actually completely unobstructed, making for easy birdies on most holes from white tees, and if you have the distance also on the blues.

Most holes have two pins, multiple tees, and even different possible pin placements. This cousre does do a great job of using park space. A great deal of variety in hole styles.

Beautiful course, with enormus potential.
Some holes lack fairways. There is a considerable amount of brush and derbry that could stand to be cleared.
This is just a nice course to play on a warm day.
