So I was specifically looking for a ken Griffey jr swing because of it being lefthanded. Video quality is poor and it's a little long, but Griffey Jr prolly has the prettiest swing in the world. Obviously there are some differences in throwing but notice how much...
Makes perfect sense. It's funny to me how much the motion is very much a combination of a baseball pitching/hitting motion. It is very much just an athletic motion(tennis, ball golf etc), but mirrors the baseball fundamentals quite a bit. I grew up playing baseball so this drill makes a ton...
Oh also, I was gonna say MVP prolly has some of the best flight charts because they show what the disc will do from low to high power. I'm no fanboy I only own 1 mvp disc but I like the one I have a lot. Prodigy typically just posts the inBounds chart. Which if we're going by what they...
Oh ya I get that. The folks testing it are way better than me. I'm gonna go give it another round of field tests now. We'll see if my form is better. I just find it funny I can flip my boss up to flat but couldn't flip this disc... We shall see. I want to like it lol, although to prolly don't...
Heh, sorry. Typed that up right as I was starting a movie. My point is, yes, Schusterick and the rest of'm have a cannon much better than I do, but the majority of people can't throw 500'. So if you're basing the characteristics of a fairway driver on what it does hucked at 500' then you just...
Fair enough lol. But, seems they're not trying to sell them to top pros. Those guys aren't buying these discs. Pretty bad marketing in my opinion if that's there aim, which it's not, they won't sell much plastic that way.
Ok finally got some field tests in. I actually like the disc, but I already have it. It's called the volt. I dunno if I just got a bad one, but evidently I shoulda waited for inBounds because that's how that disc flew. In fact I would argue it really didn't have any turn. Thrown flat it flew...
Ya that's what I was asking. I'm trying to avoid another roller disc. I don't mind something with a little turn with a good throw, but not the crazy turnover get outa my Lace. I'm not trying to beat the horse dead but I can't imagine what an unlace is like. I prolly couldn't throw it 30ft...
I just picked one up as well but have not had the chance to throw it yet. I'm a little confused with what you are saying. So at first it wouldn't turn... And then it did? Or no? Just curious. Thanks.
Would the domey track be more understable than a flat one? Or vice versa? And yes I know I really need to work on tossing my mid ranges. I have a perfectly beat in Roc but I can never get the shot I want when going for a tunnel shot at about 275-300. I'm great with it at that range with a...
I agree somewhat with the glide theory, but I think that's dependent on the disc. When I first got my Lace I wondered if that thing was ever going to fall from the sky. It seemed to just float there. My Olace still has great glide, but not as much as the regular lace. The lace seems to glide...
Holy crap.... Finished a round earlier today and wanted to throw my new discs a few more times. I got a soft ridge and a medium OLace for christmas and have been loving tossing these two.
I went back to throw hole 1 a few times before I left and the first toss I hit chains at 300' with my new...
