I don't see an issue with mixed cards for unsanctioned events or league rounds. I would have a major issue with it tho at sanctioned events, and I can't believe there are TDs out there doing this, when the competition manual clearly states that you shouldn't.
Nims in sterling, il. Whenever I've played there with friends, we do putter only rounds(although I think there's a sign that says you are supposed to only use super class style discs). If you don't shoot in the 30's on this 18 hole course, you had a really bad day
