I found that when it comes to the Glitch it needs to be thrown like a freestyle lid. No arm speed, but with lots and lots of spin. And I really mean no arm speed. It's the spin of the disc that keeps it gliding through the air. Speed on the disc can cause it to turn wildly into a cut roller. IME...
My Big Bird stamped Roc3 is really flat, it flies overstable with less glide than what you would consider out of a Roc. My 2x Jolly Launchers flies more normal, with a fairly straight flight and decent glide. Your disc sounds kind of untypical for a Roc3. Does it have an unusual geometry?
