Started playing during high school (2001) when my boss at my summer job introduced me. At that time I lived in Olathe, KS. I stopped playing for a couple years and moved to St. Louis, MO (2003) where I went to college and played on and off. A few years after graduating and getting a job in St. Louis I got really into playing again and canvassed most of the city. Then I moved out to Rock Springs, WY (2010) from which I took occasional road trips to the surrounding states. Now I'm back in St. Louis, but planning further exploration

I like unique courses with a variety of interesting holes, especially with heavy woods, a little water, various elevation changes and difficult choices on how to approach the basket. I prefer courses to be laid out clearly (tees don't have to be paved, but I should be able to find them!) and to provide maps (I've added 30 so far, many that I've made myself). I like pars to be listed so I can measure myself. I have a weak arm so I don't like long open bomb holes and I tend to appreciate generous pars.

I enjoy hunting down new courses. Going on disc golf road trips is becoming quite a hobby for me with my father joining me on several recent excursions. I have a tentative long-term goal to play in all 50 states.
