When reviewing courses I factor in a lot of different elements like the ones below.

Course design and layout.
Tee pads & signs.
Shot variance & distances.
Upkeep of the grounds.
Most importantly, the fun factor.

When I rate a course I also try to think about all levels of players and I try to also state which players would have fun and which won't in each review.

Also, I don't review courses I've played earlier only a couple of times. I try to review courses after I play them so they are still fresh in my memory.

I am left handed and forehand dominant.
