My first few years of disc golf consisted of a few rounds each year from 1984-1991, all played with Whamo 165g freestyle Frisbees. In late 1991 or early 1992 I was introduced to golf discs, and given some basic instruction from Bart and Harvey, two good players and great guys from Winfield, KS. They were prime organizers behind the great Octoberfriz tournament.
