6/7/2011Pros: Benches on tee pads are nice. Numerous ace holes. Well maintained by the property owner. Short holes make for quick round.
Cons: Too many holes under 150'. Swampy. Too many OB markers on fairways.
Other Thoughts: Get rid of all of the OB markers. Maybe just have them around the hazards.
