On Campus IS On Course
Pros: This course is literally all over the college campus. There is some elevation, 2 holes with woods, good mix of long and short, water, OB, and a few well placed pin placements. There is scorecards/maps in a mailbox at hole #1A. The "Shorts" play as all par 3's well. The grounds are well maintained and are really beautiful.
Cons: The 3 to 5 feet tall grass rough on a few of the holes slows play down with little challenge added. There are people and streets coming into play here constantly, so be careful. #16 plays through a volleyball court. The tee signs only mention the hole number and not all of them are in place. Not all the tee pads are concrete and some are part of the sidewalks. I did not find bathrooms available during summer hours. Parking is limited near the first hole at the library. You will need the map for navigation.
Other Thoughts: The fun factor here was just ok for me. This was an average course and I felt it was a take it or leave it adventure. Keep in mind; this is a religious clientele college, so best behavior should be observed since they are allowing the public to play here.
