Pros: ICC is a fun course that is all in the woods. If you want to shoot under par and have some ace runs this is the course for you. There are a few unique and interesting holes at the ICC course.
Cons: -If the baskets are in the B position do not bother to play the course. I can shoot between 45 and 50 from the A pins and you can add 10 strokes to that total from the B pins without any of the fun.
-The course has many design flaws. The area where the course is situated is a great piece of land but wasn't used effectively. I do believe that the designer wasn't allowed to go into some of the better areas of the property.
-The course is extremely repetitive. I have played the course many times and the only reason I remember some of the holes is because of how ridiculous the holes are (ex, holes 4, 8, 18)
-The course does not hold water well and can play very wet.

Other Thoughts: Overall, if you are in the central Illinois area and don't have a lot of time - play Northwood Park in Morton, Bradley Park in Peoria, McNaughton Park in Pekin, or Lake Eureka Park in Eureka.
