Pros: All around good course. Has some long bombs and short technical shots. Not too hard to navigate and the signs are old but for the most part very good. The tee pads are great and very large. Most holes have more than one way to approach them and that always makes it fun.
Cons: There aren't too many other than the river flooding the area, so if you get to play without flooding there aren't really any big negatives. Probably the most confusing hole was #9, there was a tee pad marked by flags near the #8 basket, but when you were walking on #8's fairway there was a small pole that had a 9 spray painted on it (completely different than the other tee signs). Not sure if they haven't figured out which layout they like better, or they changed for a tourney. Regardless, you have to just pick a tee and go with it.
The only other real negative is that a few of the holes go behind some rather suspect homes. I don't know who lives in that area, and there probably has never been an issue with the residents and players, but if I threw a disc in some of those yards, there's a high chance I would just leave it, especially the ones with dogs. None of the holes make you throw towards them, but it is not inconceivable that someone would turn a throw over and go into a yard.
Other Thoughts: Very good course, lots of different shots and uses the water to make some holes very nerve-racking. #8 is a blind throw at the water, down hill. There were shorter tee pads marked on pretty much every hole (#8's short tee was marked the normal tee pad because it was a short hole). There was a tourney the weekend before I played, so I assume they came from that, so who knows how long the flags will make it, but it's a good feature if it is maintained.

Pros: Fairly difficult course with alot of interesting shots and pin placements. There is a good mix of wooded and wide open shots.
Cons: At times the river is high, so there is a chance that you'll lose a disc. Can be a bit confusing to navigate for new players, but its not too bad.

Pros: Very challenging course to play complete with some very real water hazards so bring a floater as well as a couple of baskets to be fired at from the levee.
Other Thoughts: I really enjoy playing this course, but if you are a beginner I would recommend the original Lazarre course because although it isn't easy it would be a better one to learn on in my opinion.
