Pros: There is a little terrain to contend with. Second 9 has some good distance.

Cons: When I played the course appeared to be under construction. There was alot of undergrowth, poorly marked tees with few signs. The first 9 holes were short and crisscrossed too much within one big open area cut into the woods.

Other Thoughts: Appeared to be under construction when I was there (2007). Just needs some basic work such as signage and marked tees to make it worth playing.
