Pros: The tee boxes are asphalt. If you are just learning how to play this is the course for you. The entire park is maintained well.

Cons: The course is very short even from the deeps. Wide open and hardly any obsticles. Playground on the 4th hole is a little close. Not for anyone that wants to be challenged

Other Thoughts: I grew up playing this course and it serves its purpose of being a well maintained beginner course.
