Pros: Several long open holes.great for power drives .Some fairways are well defined by the edge of the woods.. great mix of holes. no major climbs and hills

Cons: yes the rough can get very high and the back woods can be a bit tight.

Other Thoughts: this park is a great adventure and a wonderful alternative to triangle park.
