Pros: Fun as a warm up to the basket course.
The holes are both challenging and enjoyable for the beginners and the pros.
The holes are shorter so there is a more finesse than power involved.
This is an older pole course so less people play it which is nice because you don't have to wait or worry about people behind you.

Cons: There are a few pole markers missing but you can make some of them up.
The first few holes you have to throw close or over a high traffic bike/walk path.
There a few holes that have water or swamp like water. My fiance learned the hard way the first time we played, but she braved the gloomy waters and retrieved her newly purchased $10 driver.
Which can make it more challenging by not hitting someone.

Other Thoughts: I highly recommend this course especially at sunset. There are some tall trees on the last few holes that create some nice shadows. Also it is a short course that can be played rather quickly if you don't have alot of time.
