Pros: some cool holes
good use of the trees there
path makes it easily accessible on bike
can get crowded/littered with the college nearby

Cons: walking path may be a problem
completely flat
some trees have been cut down which makes the holes easier.
some very short holes
bugs can be a problem with forested area and river nearby

Other Thoughts: cant really complain too much since there isnt much else in the area.
