-Concrete Pads
-Well placed baskets with guardian trees
-Nice playground

If Chandler Park had a baby... 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Feb 9, 2017 Played the course:once

Pros:

Concrete pads
Good signs
Logical flow, does not need "next tee signs"
Mature trees give challenge
Great for beginers to learn obstacles
Not for experienced players

Cons:

One hole close to school parking. If you can throw a hyzer, then it will not be an issue.

Other Thoughts:

Great 9 hole course.
Plays in 30-40 minutes, good lunch hour course.
Only need 2-3 discs to play: fairway and/or mid, putter.
Fun course!

Small but good 2+ years

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Aug 10, 2014 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

The course has some thought to the design. Only one 300+ foot drive. The baskets can be easily marked from the tees. Old growth trees with low hanging branches create some unique obstacles. The baskets were in good shape. Some one put pink tape on the baskets and polls to help guide you to the next tee. The creek that is a hazard present no real obstacle

Cons:

Most tee signs are gone. No real indicator where the tee should be expect by a rut dug by previous players. The course is disjointed by the creek and finding the tees without signs can be difficult. After a rain the tees are mud and a player must create a new spot to drive from.

Other Thoughts:

Some maintenance of lost or vandalized signs is necessary. Grooming the tees needs to happen soon. A sign indicating where the course begins would be helpful. There are three entrances to this park and no information is available that there is a disc golf park or a map showing where the course fairways are.

Could be great 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Nov 2, 2013 Played the course:once

Pros:

The course is moderately wooded in a well kept park.
Couple of fun shots over a big drainage creek.
The course was just the right difficulty to have a chance at bird on every hole, but easily mess up and take par.
The baskets were in good condition.
The basket has a green line painted in the direction of the next hole.

Cons:

Dirt (mud) tee pads.
No signage outside of a few holes.
I never even found hole 1.
No numbers on the baskets, which makes navigation without signs or tee pads even harder.

Other Thoughts:

This could be an awesome course if it had a little TLC. Not a bad stop if you're nearby at Chandler park, but I'll probably never go back so it's not that great in hindsight.

Two holes closed, but a still great course! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Dec 15, 2011 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Well designed Par 3, especially for intermediate players. Very easy to follow the course and painted on the basket to mark the next tee pad. No hole feels the same as any other at the park. Good use of terrain that is available. Good confidence building course (should have no problem shooting par and under for intermediates). Park is well taken care of.

Cons:

Some holes are not too challenging, busy right after schools let out because of community center, dirt tee boxes, signs are missing on some of the holes.

Other Thoughts:

This is an amazing little par three for moderately skilled players, high skill levels may want to try something a little more challenging like Sapulpa. Best nine hole in Tulsa.

Best little 9 hole 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 5, 2010 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

This is a short coarse that is very fun to play. A good place for beginners and players looking to hone there precision shots. Has two over the creek shots. Generally the coarse has been well maintained and lots of trees make for fun throwing in the shade.

Cons:

A few signs are missing but easy to determine. Pad 6 is always muddy and must be shot from behind it or to the left of it. Not much bad to say about this coarse.

Other Thoughts:

This is one of my favorite of the 13 coarses near me. Would get a higher rating if it weren't a 9 hole.

Quick and Fun! 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Dec 2, 2008 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Variety of shots, 2 over water ways. One hole protected by evergreens so a bit of a challange in the winter too. Park has been cleaned up quite a bit recently. Every hole has tee signs now with hole and feet on them. Takes about 25-30 minutes to play great for practicing some shots or get 2 rounds in on your lunch break like I do.

Cons:

Can be heavy in the spring and summer with foot traffic along the walking paths just be patient and it won't be any trouble.

Other Thoughts:

First tee is just north of the playground off of Yukon Ave and 41st.

Needs TLC 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 17, 2008 Played the course:never

Pros:

Good variety of shots. Huge trees.

Cons:

Doesn't dry quick. A little run down. Signs are missing, poles still there.

Other Thoughts:

All tee boxes are there. I could see where it would be a little tough to navigate, but it's an easy place to get a round in.

Reediculous 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 12, 2008 Played the course:never

Pros:

well they had 9 baskets and 8 tees

Cons:

The park was not maintained at all there were no signs, there were several stacks of brush that should not have been there, the course did not flow logically enough for you to find your way around without signs

Other Thoughts:

Nice if you just want to practice and live nearby....do not go out of your way to play.

Could Have Been 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 12, 2008 Played the course:never

Pros:

Course was a really good practice course. Some nice throws in woods but still open. There were also two throws over a "river" that were really fun.

Cons:

Place was unkept. Hole two even had a large pile of sticks blocking the hole. Broken glass around some of the holes. Tees were hard to find, unkept, and were not marked at all. Could not find one tee at all and some others we stumbled across.

Other Thoughts:

If they added signs and kept the course up it would be good. Can quickly play through it and would be really good for practicing a lot of different shots.
