8/3/2009Pros: Beautiful scenery, spacious, well-designed. Many long holes with good open drives.
For most of the tees, the tee sign had clear information and a decent picture to accompany the information.

Cons: Two tees have no hole information, one being the most important... the info for hole #1! Though information is clear on the other tee signs, not having it for the first one made starting a bit difficult.
The pictures of the hole at each tee sign was a joke. Clip art of trees scattered around an arrow showing a flight path to the basket... ha. That information was not helpful, and it looked expensive.
Scorecards or a map would be a great addition to such a well designed course!

Other Thoughts: For many of the holes, 4 and 5 par were excessive. I eagled a hole my first time playing this course. That shouldn't happen. I'm not that good of a player.
Minimal traffic flowed through a road in the park. A nearby river did not prove to be an obstacle at all.
The medium tree cover made for a beautiful round when played in the evening. Play this course if you are in the area!
