Pros: -Nice, marked tees made of cement.
-Clear marking on which basket to aim at.
-Old but still nice and functional baskets.
-Land used well, not alot available. Trees and elevation are used well.
-Plenty of ace opportunities.
-Course area well maintained and very clean.

Cons: -Kids all over during the day.
-Private so you have to get permission or go when nobody's there.
-Very short course.
-Isn't going to challenge anybody that's not a beginner.

Other Thoughts: Many other courses nearby, play riverside and cavalry instead unless you want as many courses as possible.
