Pros: This course has potential to be a relatively decent beginner course. Tree cover provides a nice break from the wind.

Cons: This course needs a MAJOR facelift. There are no tee markers or directions for newbies to navigate the course. Holes are really short, no concrete tees, it was a huge disappointment.

Other Thoughts: With a little TLC this course could be respectable.
