Pros: -Nice terrain/pads/great signs/well kept.

Cons: -Mostly short and very easy front, funky lines in thick woods on back.
-Almost NO trees on half the course, literally.
-Some woods holes have no realistic fairway, punish good shots.
-Some ivy in woods.

Other Thoughts: Plant some trees, make artificial OB's or dig a pond on front 9. Trim back some on the back 9.
Doesn't have the chance to be a 'great' course really, but it is good for teaching and for someone looking to just play a casual round.
