Pros: - Heavily wooded, but not too bad considering the leaves are off.
-Playing by the Railroad tracks and along 12 pole creek added a nice touch to the round.
- Nice basket locations, a few difficult ones.
Other Thoughts: Course not completely finished, used a few holes from Lucky 8 to get 18 in. A fun course to play and a lot less challenging than Lucky 8.

Pros: -Variety in layout (thanks to Johnny Sias).
-Mostly heavily wooded, providing a challenge.
-River and railroad in play on some holes.
-Nice homemade baskets.
-Tees are dirt, but for the most part flat.
Cons: -A couple tees were on the shorter side.
-Some of the fairways had fallen trees due to a recent storm (Johnny is mainly the only one who maintains it, so it's not too big a deal).
Other Thoughts: This is the younger sister to the Lucky 8. It has a similar style to it, but some shorter holes mixed in and not every hole makes you feel like you're being chewed up and spit out. It really has a great balance between easy/moderate/hard holes.
However, as of writing this, the course is still not finished. There are 18 holes instead of 9, but the layout is still being worked on. Johnny is hoping on having it finished by the summer of 2014. If you get a chance to play a round with him, I'd recommend this course first, then the Lucky 8 on another day (when you really feel like punishing yourself).
