Pros: Nice park, slightly wooded near a creek.

Cons: No signs. Tees not obvious. Parts of course very near playground equipment and camping grounds. A street splits the course.

Other Thoughts: I walked around for about 30 minutes and never found hole 1. I played a couple holes from random dirt spots which may have been tees. If you know the layout of the course it's probably really good, but otherwise not worth the effort to figure out the layout and tees.
