Pros: Course is easy to follow, signs point to next tee

Cons: A few of the tees are eroding badly, causing rocks and ruts.
No OB is marked or played.
Baseball parents feel the need to park on hole 15, ignoring the parking lot above.

Other Thoughts: People say this course is easy, but I see them not playing tall grass as OB, nor as the baseball field as OB, as it isn't marked anywhere.
If the course designer or maintainer would update the signs to reflect OB, it would make the course a bit better.
The wind is a major variable here, sometimes it is ridiculously windy and hard to control your disc.
I would up the rating if the tees were fixed, and OB was marked on signs.
I have gotten a 2 on every hole here, so imo, the distances are about right for the obstacles.

Pros: Well as a beginner I believe this course to be great for those who are just starting off. With all of the different styles of holes you really get to try and learn new things, and that really helped me develop my form, that includes my run up, mid range play, hyzer shots, approaches, and putts.
Cons: I will say that it would be nice to have a little better tee-pads, seeing as they are just the natural ground/dirt they are very worn in and really unforgiving, and if it rains you will either have to play on the side or go threw a pretty decent mud puddle.
Also some of the wholes on the back nine are really close to baseball fields, and on some days they will be very packed, and with a little wind players can lose there disc into the fields, and that's not to much fun when a game is going on -_-.

Other Thoughts: All, and all this course is fun, and I would recommend it if your in the area.
