Pros: Free.
Concrete pads with benches and garbage.
Mach 3 baskets.
Well groomed.
Great to play as 9 or as 27.
Most people skip this set of holes leaving it usually empty.
Some holes provide a great secluded from the world feeling.

Cons: Not open all year long. Late spring to late fall.
Some challenging holes for beginners.

Other Thoughts: With so much potential park unused back behind hole 6/7 it's a shame it's not turned into an 18 hole course.
