Pros: Two tee locations per hole.
Close to an 18-hole course (Heritage).
Open field for loosening up.

Cons: No tee pads.
No distance signage.
No bathrooms.

Other Thoughts: With only nine holes and a limited amount of space, this course offers a lot - changes in elevation. both hyzer and anhyzer shots, a couple of narrow shots, even a bit of water.
Average distance from the short tees is 250', 300' from the long tees. Four shots are uphill, four are flattish, and one is a major downhill.
Favourite hole: #8 - with a smattering of trees about 2/3rds of the way between you and the basket, you have several ways you might attack it.
There is room, and rumor has it, that this course may expand to 18 holes. When that happens, and if the tees/signage improve, this course would then be considered more challenging, interesting, i.e. would rate higher than Heritage or Middletown, but for now, it is a bit lower - although for a pure challenge, this course provides more than the aforementioned.
