Pros: Very well marked; posts at each tee box show the hole location. Great combination of wide open and tight, narrow holes. Not too far from Fairbanks, and easy to find.
Cons: No permanent tee boxes; mosquitoes are a nuisance, and the constant threat of bears and moose.
Other Thoughts: Bring bug dope! Also, come in a group of two or more to help fend off the wildlife. It's one of the best courses Alaska has to offer!

Pros: The Front Nine has wide open fairways giving players the chance to really rip some long drives. The back nine is a little tighter with more trees giving players good diversity in one course. Lots of options for left or right hand throwers along with sidearm or forehand throwers.
Cons: No water holes. The High School X country teams practice here and can be hard to avoid at times.
