Pros: Mixture of long and short holes with some interesting lines. Good use of elevation change. Can be a great place to practice your wind game and this area of the city is always windy. Plus it is right across the street from Kelly AFB so you get to see the large air force planes flying around.

Cons: Many of the tee off positions are in bad spots where you can easily get hit by someone teeing off on another hole. Some holes the rough is VERY rough and the open area is VERY small.

Other Thoughts: This course will only get better with time as the rough gets beaten in and the taller grass gets beaten down.
