Pros: Great tee boxes and signs. Great baskets.

Cons: Excuse me but I don't like waist deep weeds. The 1st hole is awful - I like the lay-out but it's too short and way too close to the sidewalk and parking lot, not to mention the blind side of the hill near the basket.

Other Thoughts: Why oh why weren't the natural elevation changes incorporated in the design more. I drove up, saw the hills and got excited, but was very disappointed that the design was mostly flat.
