Pros: Holes are easy to find. Tees are made of concrete making it easier to launch discs than dirt, IMO. Not too hilly and easy for beginners, like myself. Also there are benches to rest on.
Cons: Construction!! Grr!!! Have to be careful of the construction on the north side of the course between the 8th and 9th hole or you will lose your disc. Also, watch out for the the trax on the 5th? hole or your disc will go there as well.
Other Thoughts: Fun little course for beginners. There are enough obsticles to hone your throwing ability. People are pretty nice here.

Pros: Great little course. Beautiful surroundings include grass, fountains, campus architecture and some decade old trees lining several of the fairways. Due to some notes on DGCR course info, we were worried the course had been pulled.. but this was not the case. I took the whole family and my kids loved the short easy layout. We brought some dragons and hydras (floaters) which were nice because the deep fountain pools play on several holes and my 5 year old can throw pretty wild at times. My two daughters (10 and 13) were a good age for the course and enjoyed seeing campus life up close as we played.
Cons: Don't bother bringing any disc faster than a 5-speed unless you like dead weight in your bag. Short isn't necessarily a bad thing since we could all use plenty of short-game and upshot practice.
Recent campus expansion has impacted this course. Baskets have been moved and tee signs are inexplicably missing (posts remain). Some locals explained to us where to start and finish and the course flows well once you get a starting point.
The holes are SHORT. MAybe 120' average. This course presents a good opportunity to take your wife and kids and just plan on practicing upshots with your driving putter. A fly fishing class was in session on one of the fountains so we had to skip two holes or risk whip-wounds from swirling fly lines.
Other Thoughts: Go west off the roundabout and you will see some of the course on your right. Keep going until you see a sign for visitor parking. Turn right into lot area and you will see another sign for visitor parking indicating left OR right. Go right into a gated guard shack type entrance with a motorized gate-arm. Tell the guard you are a visiting to play disc golf and you will get a premium spot. Then walk south to the course. 1st tee is in the far northeast corner of the fountain area across the sidewalk. (no sign, just a bare post)

Pros: Great for beginners, on campus for in-between-class fun, free parking on weekends in the metered, visitor parking lot next to course.
Cons: : Beginner course oriented, not for big arms. No restrooms. No dogs allowed. No alcohol.
Other Thoughts: This course is located on the UVU campus, right off of I-15 and the University Parkway exit, on well maintained grass between the visitor parking lot (metered), and the baseball field. There are now 18 baskets in the same area the original 13 are. Teesigns for the original 13 are there and the newer holes will be upgraded soon, as of 12-17-09. Some of the teepads are on the sidewalk that goes around the ponds, and some of the teepads are on natural grass. The course plays short, short, and shorter. Drives between 150 and 200 feet are the norm.
Terrain is flat except for two holes, and wide open (no blind tee shots) with stands of trees around two man-made water recycling ponds with fountains that operate during the summer. The ponds freeze during the winter so are not much of a hazard for disc golfers.
Beginning players will favor this course and more experienced players will be practicing their approach and putting shots, some of the trees come into play but not overly. During the week foot traffic is heavy while school is in session, the weekend is the best time to play there, parking is free in the metered visitor lot, and there are not too many people around for school or playing disc golf.
This course is actually a good place to play during the winter, the ground is consistent from hole to hole, visibility down the fairways is excellent, reducing the number of lost discs in the snow. More experienced players go there on the weekends and play safari golf which will test your arm as well as accuracy. And there are less people there compared to the other courses in the area, so its really easy to make up your own course if you get bored with the original short layout. I don't think this course is a must-play for experienced players, but it is great for introducing the sport to new players. Perfect for a campus environment.

Pros: Nice baskets, some varied terrain, outstanding water hazards.
Cons: poorly marked tees, 18 baskets, but only 13 are marked for play. the grass was rather swampy in a number of areas.
Other Thoughts: Convenient, nice freeway access. Well groomed.

Pros: Baskets were in good condition.
Good for Beginners, Families, or Casual Players.
Cons: Really SHORT course. Everything was between 150-250 feet, tops. If you play Par 2, there's little chance for birdie. Play Par 3 and you'll birdie everyone. Pretty boring if you know what you're doing.
Other Thoughts: If you're going with a group that has no experience, have them play Par 3 and they'll enjoy themselves. Beware of the pond (man-made) as the discs may slide to the center after landing in the water. Other than that the only reason to play the course would be to work on one's approach/putting game.
