Pros: -Lots and lots of hills
-Lots of woods
-Imaginative and difficult holes
-Ponds and rough as good obstacles

Cons: -NO TEES
-No signs for navigation, hard to find next hole. Especially without tees

Other Thoughts: It looks as if this course was built by the school or kids as a project or something. This course looks relatively new, 5 years old or less. With some maintenance, signage and tees this course would rated a 4 or 4.5 for me, depending on where the tees are and how well the signage is. If you play this course you have to play is safari style and make up tees. It is very challenging and you can have fun with it. If it gets tees it is a must play but for now it is only ok.
