Tough To Rate 1/2 A Course!

Pros: The Arakelian Park DGC is part of the two park course that together equals = One nine hole course. Less than 1/2 mile away, Gallo Park contains the other four baskets.
This is a lovely little neighborhood park with very lush green grass, picnic area, play areas and five baskets which play around the perimeter of the park. The course has the standard "Rules of Disc Golf" sign at the beginning. The great little colored tee signs contain all the info you need, Hole #, Par, distance, basic map and arrow pointing to the next tee. The concrete pads are a little small but they'll suffice here. The five baskets are numbered 1-3-5-7-9??? I assumed (wrongly) that 2-4-6-8 would be at the other park.
The holes are all less than 250'. I think only the third hole had any kind of obstacles and were a drainage canal on the left and houses on the right. I'm sure a few discs have found their way into both of these hazards.
Cons: Only five holes.
Tee sign facing the wrong way on 3rd hole.
Hole # 3's hazards (ditch & backyards) seem unduly harsh for the clientele who will probably be playing this course.
Other Thoughts: Not a bad little Pitch & Putt set up or a course to bring the beginner. This is a strange situation with the course being being split in half between two parks but I'm sure the designers had their reasons. Very difficult to put a rating on here or Gallo with 5 and 4 baskets, respectively.
