Pros: Great new course...It is still being built, in fact we talked to one of the builders out there working. Only played the front 9, but course seems challenging. Front 9 is in and out of the trees and crosses a creek that has a pretty steep edge. Hole 8 is a fun hole with a long shot back over the creek.

Cons: Course is still new, builder said he "finished" only a few weeks ago. Be sure to get a course map before you start playing as the tees might be a little tough to find.
