Pros: -Two or Three tees per holes makes for high replay value.
-Nice mix of short, long, wooded and open holes.
-Usually not crowded allowing for multiple throws.

Cons: -Poorly/Inconsistently maintained. I have been here with fresh cut grass and it was great, I have been here with grass halfway to my knees and it was terrible.
-Swampy holes lead to lots of mosquitoes.
-Several water hazards love the risk/reward but hate loosing discs.
