Pros: RECENTLY REDESIGNED (MARCH 2011)
Very wide open. Great place for beginners to let loose and experiment with throws without too many dangers of loosing discs.
The redesign requires far less up and down hill, and more side to side. Holes are designed to make the most of the park, with nice OB forcing certain throws and baskets behind obstacles requiring good approach shots.
No longer have to worry about other park users in new layout.
About 1/3 of the back 9 (the most back corner), and the first 1/3 of the front 9, are the best holes on the course.
Rolling hills, few trees.

Some teepads are still carpet. Full concrete pads coming soon, along with other ameneties. The best holes remain and the rest have been redesigned and given careful consideration.

Pros: - good for practicing throws
- nearby water park

Cons: - almost every hole is uphill or downhill
- many of the holes are numbered incorrectly... someone has gone around putting incorrect number stickers on top of the previous numbers
- seems as though hole 10 is missing entirely
- needs a redesign... or at least renumbering
- due to the "valley" between hills, there seems to be a swamp of sewage running between many holes

Pros: The course plays through scattered trees in a park mostly devoted to disc golf. There is a walking path, but it seems lightly used, and the playground is never even remotely in play so there isn't much interference from other park users. There's great elevation on nearly every hole, as the course plays up and down a few grassy hillsides.
There's a good mix of lengths from a couple ace run holes to some good long holes that let you really rip it. There are decent concrete tees that were mostly in good shape. The signs were adequate to follow the course and know where to shoot.
The park is a nice setting for a casual round, with good grass and no underbrush. The grass was full with not much mud even after some rain, and was well-mowed.

Cons: Almost every hole on the course felt pretty much the same. Either you were shooting up a hill or down a hill, and you had to avoid a few scattered trees but otherwise it was just straight shots. There was some variety in length, but too many were in that in between length where most players won't be in range for 2 but there's nothing to punish bad shots and make a 4 at all a risk.
The signs were not in great shape, many were broken or vandalized and one was missing. Many showed multiple pin positions, but there was no marking for which position the basket was currently in. Luckily most of the baskets were visible from the tees, but with the elevation changes it's helpful to know what the distance you're shooting is.

Other Thoughts: This course is a nice quick open round, with no chance of losing a disc and a good workout with all the hills. It's definitely not the best course in the area, but it's not one to avoid, you can have some fun here.
It's a little too long for most newer players, but otherwise it's beginner friendly. More experienced players will have fun ripping some drives on some fun hills, but there's just not enough variety or difficulty to make this a great course.

Good Potential; Forgotten
Pros: Wide open; allows you to practice different types of discs; nice change in elevations
Cons: holes 3 and 4 were ripped out and put on the back 9; course needs a redesign; some holes too long for beginners
Other Thoughts: huge potential, but a forgotten course among the Nashville natives

Good place to practice
Pros: Not busy is the biggest pro. I didn't see another player for the first ten holes. This allows for practice on tons of throws. I found myself creating situations allowing for multiple types of shots. I also took multiple drives on many of the holes to really learn what my discs would do. The players I encountered were friendly.
Cons: Misnumbered teepads and someone stole the basket on hole 9. Print out the map on the site and use that as a guide but it's still not quite right.
I lost a bright orange sidewinder on 18 in the middle of the field, which seems impossible since I looked for over an hour. However, they just mowed for what appeared to be the first time in months and there was clippings galore.

Other Thoughts: Great place for a beginner to go and learn the behavior of their discs since it is not very busy. Think of this more like a driving range rather than a course since many holes are very similar. Some holes you can rip into it without worry. I just started about two months ago and can throw 300' and shot a 54 here.

Distance Builder
Pros: Open space for long drives, cut grass, not crowded, bathrooms, free to play.
Cons: Incorrect signs, tee pad numbers don't match basket numbers, garbage on course (no cans), overlapping holes, no benches.
Other Thoughts: The hills didn't bother me because I knew that going in, but how hard is it to have the tee pad number match the basket number? After the third hole the next tee is #6 where you throw to basket #4. So it's a brain teaser for the rest of the course. The distance signs show multiple pin positions that don't seem to exist so you have to guess which basket you are aiming at. This challenge is increased by the close proximity of some of the holes. If there are people playing in front of and behind you please bring a helmet!
I liked being able to work on my drive distance and playing 18 was definitly a workout with the hills.
I can not recommend this course until the locals take an afternoon to correct the hole numbers, fix the distance signs to only display the used pin position, and convince the park to install benches and garbage cans.

-Pure elevation, no flat holes
-Won't lose a disc

Other Thoughts: I've played this course once, and it's fun for a while. All you do is rip drives from one hill to the next. It's satisfying to watch the disc glide seemingly forever.
The biggest problem with this course is the fact that it's located on 3 hills, with trees scattered around. Your first shot will go from hill 2 to hill 1. Then you will shoot from hill 1 to hill 2. Follow this pattern for 9 or 10 holes. Once you have used all available space on hill 1, you will then walk to the other side of hill 2 and use the same pattern with hill 3.
If you want to throw bombs and that is it, play this course. I recommend taking a friend and just throw back and forth on the hills. You'll get the same looks for every hole without the walk.

A place to work on your drives 
Pros: Course has very large hills (moreso that the photos show), a scattering of trees (some very large as well), well-mown grass and no underbrush. So.....
You can really rip some drives. It's not an open field; the gaps are wide but you can miss them, hit trees, and get knocked down. Good practice throwing uphill & downhill, and rollers if you wish. I suspect that on a windy day, this would be a great place to learn how to deal with headwinds, tailwinds, etc.
Very convenient to highways, for travelers passing through Nashville---right at the exit of a beltway-type highway.
Forgiving course for beginners and average players, especially compared to some other area courses.

Pros: Concrete teepads. Multiple pin positions.
Between map online/at course and signs at each tee, this was an easy course for a first-time visitor to navigate.
Practically no chance to lose a disc. Would probably be a good course for glo.

Cons: Tee pad #10 unmarked - yes, it is the big concrete slab down from #9's basket.
Current pin position not noted at tee sign. Some baskets difficult to see. No benches.
Multi-use park, so may have some non-players to avoid.
Trash - two full cans at #1 and #18, no other cans but plenty of trash elsewhere - Miller Lite seems to be the beverage of choice. :-)

Other Thoughts: If your idea of fun disc golf is gripping-n-ripping up-and-down mostly open/scattered tree hills, having multiple birdie but few bogeys opportunities, typically only having to contend with 1~2 large trees enroute or near the basket, then this is definitely the course for you!

Good simple course
Pros: This is a nice course for anyone to try. According to other links, all the pars are 3 accept for hole 3 which is a par 5. They are all very possibly to par out on each one.
This is a very hilly course so make sure to be in good shape! I really liked how it was wide open which allowed you to really drive the disc as far as you can. It's really fun how on some holes you have to go straight up a hole while others you get to drive down a steep hill.

Cons: None of the signs had the pars listed on the sign so I just played it like other reviewers did. Hole 10 didn't even have a sign which was very weird. Sometimes it can be a little difficult to find the basket but overall it's not bad.
Another con I forgot to add is that you could say this course isn't very well maintained. I saw at least two baskets with two beer cans in each along with some teepads having alcohol bottles right next to them.
