Scenic, Expensive Looking, Mostly Open
Pros: New course with some of the nicest tee pads, benches, signs, and baskets around. Very well groomed. The falls (more like rapids) are cool to see and you can hear them from most of the course. A couple bomber holes for big arms to flex, and a few tighter, wooded holes tacked on to the end. I have never seen the course even remotely busy.
Cons: Some holes still need time to mature beyond large, wide open fields in order to make a well balanced course. The course and surrounding land are mostly open farmland so the course can be one of the more windy ones out there.
Other Thoughts: Many of the more open holes have had trees planted, so there will be more obstacles and scenery in years to come.
