Pros: Multiple tees
low traffic during weekdays
elevation changes

Cons: The greedy city of Inver Grove has decided to make this average course 5 bucks to play at. I can understand making a course with every day traffic like Acorn or Kaposia a pay course but this one is not one I would make. I made a long drive from the north metro today to think I have a decent free 18 in store and find out it is now a pay course. If you have more than a 10 minute drive I would not bother. Trash laying everywhere with no can, just bags sitting around.
