Pros: Convienient freeway access.
Good use of space available.
Cons: Almost non existant pads.
Missing signs.
Other Thoughts: We played here on our way back to Phoenix from Los Angeles. It was a fun little course with mostly shorter wide open shots. We all enjoyed it as a nice easy round after the more technical and demanding rounds at Oak Grove. Not something to make a special trip for but would say hit it if your driving past on the I-10.

Pros: The course plays through a fairly open public park. It doesn't seem like there's much if any conflict with the other park uses and the disc golf course. There are a couple nice elevation changes to make things a little more challenging, and a couple pin placements are near enough to the hills to offer potential rollaways. A couple holes have a few scattered small trees in play to add some difficulty.
Cons: The layout is pretty wide open, not a ton of challenge or real variety when most of the shots are in open grass fields. The tees aren't all marked, some of the signage is missing or unreadable and some of the teeing areas aren't very level. There isn't a ton of variety in the lengths of the holes. Some of the shots have the potential to go into private yards.
Other Thoughts: Beginners will find this course approachable with little punishment on errant shots other than around the couple sloped areas. More experienced players won't find a ton of difficulty, or enough obstacles to really force interesting line shaping. This is an ok practice area, but not a course to go out of your way to play.

Pros: Fairly easy to see where the next hole is. Nice to have A and B pins on #1-5.
Cons: Spraypaint used for tees hard to find after the rain.
Other Thoughts: Good distances for a Community park, I couldnt find all the tees, so I would shoot from the last pin. Will be great when pads are installed.

Pros: Course is in a grassy park with brand new Innova Baskets and multiple pin locations (3 per hole). Can be played backwards as well to make 18-holes. The course is run by the Oak Valley Disc Golf Club (OVDGC) and they put on quality events and offer help to anyone who wants to play. Not a lot of trees, but the club designed a challenging course with stratigic pin positions near hills and different shot options available at tees. Great course to bring the family to play and new players. The area is graded with different plateau elevations, which makes for some fun downhill and challenging sidehill technical shots. Relatively shot course with a good number of Ace run holes.
Cons: No cement or rubber tees yet. OVDGC is getting ready to install soon. Fields can be overwatered sometimes, especially in early morning - gets kinda marshy in areas. Bathrooms at park are only available during special events.
Other Thoughts: Check the club website in the links area for upcoming events the OVDGC will be putting on. These guys are doing big things for promoting disc golf and enjoy getting new players pumped on Disc Golf.
