Simple Little Elementary Object Course!
Pros: The biggest PRO about this little course is that it is less than 1 mile from a wonderful 18 hole course, Molly Joyce. The only audience I can see playing this course might be an after school disc golf club/Intramural program of some kind. Just your very basic introduction to the sport. The course plays in and around the elementary school, across parking lots and playgrounds, using whatever objects such as fire hydrants, telephone poles and handball backboards as targets. I printed the hole instructions off online and it was still difficult to follow.
Cons: If there was nothing else around for 25 miles, I might play this occasionally or use it with my students after school. It's just a short object course. In 1970, it probably would have have been considered a state of the art little course. In 2012 it's a relic and probably not worth your time unless you are a hardcore course bagger, like myself.
Other Thoughts: If you somehow find yourself lost in the town of Pioneer bag this course as quickly as possible and then move on up the road 8/10 of a mile to Molly Joyce and enjoy a real course. The long drive up the winding road up to Pioneer seemed like a million miles from Sacramento. I surely wouldn't recommend making that drive just to check out Pioneer Elementary School's disc golf course!
