Pros: Not much. It is on the edge of town and it is fairly secluded (unless during baseball/soccer games I presume). It was mowed very well and the entire area was very clean.
Cons: There are no tee pads, so you must make up your own course (maybe a pro for some).
There are a TON of pines and if you mis-throw on a variety of holes, you may be in big-pine trouble.
No signs or directions or maps. It isn't that big of an area, but still confusing on where to go some of the time.
Other Thoughts: I would be interested to see where tee pads would be, but given that the last reviewer was in hopes of getting tee pads in May of 2011, I wouldn't hold your breath if they are still non-existent.
No need to waste your time unless you are passing through or extremely bored.
